For Mardi Gras, the family and I did something really fun for dinner. In keeping with my favorite “breakfast for dinner” theme, a nearby church did a Fat Tuesday Pancake Dinner. For eight bucks per plate, you got unlimited pancakes, sausage and orange juice. Since it was a church, all proceeds went to their mission projects.
Plus, this was the church were both boys attended preschool.
By the time we arrived, a ton of people were already there!
The boys got chocolate chip pancakes and said they were quite delicious.
I got the regular pancakes and actually went back for seconds. Even the sausage links were remarkably scrumptious! Great way for the family to spend Mardi Gras!
